My name is Gia, and I am a customer success specialist who also assists with recruiting for the department at Brigit! During a typical day at Brigit, I answer incoming tickets and inquiries from our users. My goal is to work towards keeping Brigit successful in making a difference in the lives of hard-working Americans. Best of all, I have a blast with my co workers constantly!

I had been looking for a company that had values that I could identify with. I’ve had a lot of jobs in my life doing various things but never felt quite fulfilled. My main interest was to have a job that I could identify with personally. Brigit’s mission statement interested in me because I fully believe in their goals and aspirations. As someone who had experience with working paycheck to paycheck in college, I felt very aligned with Brigit’s dream. Now that I feel I am in a place to reach my full professional potential, I am so delighted to be a part of Brigit and to put all of my daily energy into helping Americans make it to payday worry free.

Since I started working at Brigit, I felt that it was my dream job. Everything from the coworkers to office atmosphere and company culture is everything I’ve always wanted in a job and career. I was never made to feel like the “new kid” by my co-workers and was seen as an equal after day 1. My team leaders have always made sure my voice is heard and encouraged me to be my best self in and out of office. I have received an impressive amount of responsibilities already, and it feels really good that my hard work continues to be recognized. My favorite thing about working here is being able to help our user base daily, as well as continue to build positive working relationships with my coworkers! If I can give someone else the same incredible experience I’ve had since I started working here, that would be so satisfying!
I’ve gained so much experience and clarity on how to reach my full potential, with the help of my amazing team leaders and coworkers. Professionally, I have learned so much about financial technology and how serious of an issue overdraft fees in the United States are. Going forward with Brigit I hope to learn more about myself and continue to gain unique experiences that come with working for a startup company. To say that I finally feel proud of where I work would be an understatement. I am so thankful for Brigit and I am beyond grateful to be a part of such an incredible CX team. I look forward to a bright future with Brigit!
